If she read what it said on the front, or scanned the back of can, she shouldn't have then used it. So even If it mentioned not for hair, I doubt it would change anything.

Oh 100%. If you look at the can and see that it's clearly describing actual glue, the normal reaction isn't "well it doesn't say I can't use it on my hair".

And yeah, peanut butter contains peanuts makes me think of this meme with incredibly obvious signs. Like they're stupid signs, but they probably exist because someone was stupid enough to need it.
