It's still removed content that was only not implimented as a cost cutting measure because they know gamers have been conditioned to accept anything and bootlick. That's objectively bad. Only in gaming would anyone even dream of defending that as a practice. Plenty of re-releases don't have every piece of content included. If I buy The Dark Knight on YouTube I don't get to have all of the news segments they filmed in the lead up to the movie and I don't get other bonus features that are on DVD. Games are a whole different kettle of fish when it comes to content and remastering. It's not as easy as it is in other mediums. Removing content implies they had the content and are removing it.
