I mean I'm sorry you went through that, but dude. did you read the next sentence I felt much more guilt than I did pity for myself, trust me. Mostly I just felt like an idiot for getting in that accident in the first place before getting reinsured. It was obviously my fault for getting myself in the situation I was in, but that doesn't change how utterly absurd it was that I couldn't even get a work license in the meantime. This is the part I'm talking about when I say "the justice system fucked me over."
