One of the problems is customer focused though. I am not sure where to hold the phone/watch/card as i've seen it "ding" for acceptance in multiple spots. Some people hold it in one spot for 3 seconds, and if it doesnt work they insert it. I'd want them to try a little harder but oh well. I'm probably guilty of this with my card.
