I guess you could say that's what happened with me, even though it was more of unrelated issues that caused my focus to be allocated more towards the aspects of my own dumb stuff. (People stuff, life stuff.) I managed to get some sleep though, and the severity of my outlook on things receded to a more sane and manageable state.
