| kingdrake2 02/07/21 12:32:41 PM #13: | cant do much. people have to take landlords to court if they get wronged. have to bring in pictures of the apartment before you left since that is the proof you had at the time that it was in good condition as it was left. then it will be a toss-up if you get at least most of the money back. my grandfather was shorted out of nearly his whole deposit due to cigarette smoke (they had to clean the entire apartment of smoke stains). doubtful it would've taken the whole deposit to clean it up but that was the result. --- Explorers In The Further Regions Of Experience, demons to some, Angels To Others: Pinhead ...
