It goes with the retro theme and old TV tech (e.g. Panavision), and more importantly indulges the idea of Scarlet Witch living the normal life that she wanted with Vision, but its an off kilter, uncomfortable magical version of reality. The fact that it also plays off of Wanda and Visions names lends to the title hitting on multiple levels. The title is actually a play on words on "Wondervision" which is what they called television back in the 50's and 60's.
