Topic	Why won't this drywall anchor go in?

The hole does not line up with the shelving I'm trying to put in. Believe me, I had it lined up when I was trying to get the anchor in, but the anchor kept moving around and somehow created a hole next to the spot I was trying to get it in I try to put a screw in the right spot, but it keeps trying to default to the other path --- pojr I summon it.
