Yes and no. It entirely depends on the person. I practiced Meditation for 6 months daily with very little value gained from it, whereas others gain energy and happiness from the relaxation.

It's not for me, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work.

EDIT: I should note I practiced Western meditation, which is generally a form where you focus on your breathing or an object in order to keep yourself centered, letting thoughts come and go as they please without giving them much thought.
Yeah Afrocentric or Easter meditation and philosophy is the way to go. Western anything is awful.

I practice every day and listen to binaural beats and different Hz frequencies to give me a boost in certain areas. But the meditation itself doesn't fix everything, it's a whole lifestyle change. You have to approach everything from a holistic, natural and universal mentality. Things like going vegan, doing yoga, a proper sleep schedule, drink clean water w/o fluoride, etc.
