I practiced Meditation for 6 months daily with very little value gained from it, whereas others gain energy and happiness from the relaxation. It's not for me, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work. EDIT: I should note I practiced Western meditation, which is generally a form where you focus on your breathing or an object in order to keep yourself centered, letting thoughts come and go as they please without giving them much thought. --- --- ...
