Congrats! When did you start? What changes did you make to your diet? Do you use any apps?

I started using an app to count calories. It's nice because if I cook something, I can enter the ingredients and get an estimate of the calories. No clue how accurate it is (doesn't help that I eyeball all the ingredients instead of measuring ), but it's better than nothing. I need to do another weigh in, but I've put if off for a month already and am scared to check.

I need to be regularly exercising too. It's hard to find time.
