It's not worth possibly injuring yourself, your passengers, the people in the other vehicle, or damaging either vehicle and having to exchange insurance info with someone you may have pissed off, calling the police and dealing with the rest of the aftermath just to fuck with a speedster. What if they have a dash cam and it records the incident? Then you're really fucked in multiple ways. Again not really worth it.
