No way it's ever possible to get "brake checked" unless you're following way too close I mean driving slower than the flow of traffic is dangerous and thats what they were doing. If the weather was bad or visibility was bad, Id be driving slower too. Certainly wouldnt be upset with people driving slow. But conditions were perfect so driving up to 10 miles below the speed limit is dangerous. Especially when your passengers are gesturing at you and then you roll your windows down and try to get someone to pass you.
