we would need to see your full benefits to give you a real answer.

Its essentially like this. Your doctor bills you for an amount. You pay up to your deductible and OOP. Once you hit your deductible your insurance will start covering a certain % for procedures. Lets say they cover 90% of your shots or whatever.

You then pay 10% until you hit your OOP then your insurance should cover it all most of the time. There's a lot more to it but thats like the gist of it
