| legendarylemur 01/29/21 4:07:18 AM #18: | Yeah caps are basically to say fuck you to the 5% (even if that's even true), which is a ton of people considering they're also counting like elderly or people married to their jobs. If people also just happen to have a lot to download that day for whatever reason, considering video games are asking for 100+ GBs nowadays, and streaming makes up for a ton, then they're just screwed, and for who exactly lol. Their operational costs probably don't even change all that much.
