Just so you know, you're conflating unconstitutionality with there being no precedence.
The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

He's not the president. You can't impeach and remove a private citizen from an office he doesn't hold. Even a former federal judge said the same thing. It applies strictly to incumbent presidents
