Squall28 01/26/21 5:41:59 PM #21:	If you had to pick one, go with muay thai. It has the most diverse kit. You'll pick up boxing techniques for your hands along with kicks, knees, and elbows. Also a good muay thai gym will have plenty of clinch work so you learn stand up grappling along with how to strike in the clinch.
