If the FBI said "we want info about (blank)" and I had info about (blank), I'd share it and let them decide what direction they wanted to go with it. Growing up, my parents told me that if I broke the law, they'd be the first ones turning me in and I respect that more than the shitty parents taking the "my kids do no wrong" approach that led to my friend's little brother having constant and serious run-ins with the law (last I heard anyways... and not a real example, but their mom was so irresponsible in that way she probably would've blamed a person one of her kids ran over while drunk driving for getting in her kids' way). It's gotta be pretty awkward when it's the child calling out the parents though. That takes some serious scruples and I respect anyone willing to put what's right before "BuT mUh FaMiLy"
