Not meaning to defend wreckless capitalism here but if you run a private business and you are contractually obligated to terms and you renege on those terms for over a year, like what should happen? I'd want to know what was the lead up to this event.

With the stories that hospitals were laying off nurses and doctors even in the middle of the pandemic because they weren't making any money from things like elective surgeries (because they weren't allowed) I can see how this could crop up.
