Things that could be plausible because of lack of disclosure but cause people to draw insane conclusions from nothing. Ultimately, you could argue that every conspiracy theory has to deal with a deep state or shadow government at some point. Whether it's extraterrestrials, satanists, NWO, flat-earth, etc. Which sucks though, because we know for a fact that ET phenomenon and world governments hiding information are related to each other.
