No. -I do not have any logical reason to use it. -Anyone who's had a black friend "grant permission" to casually use that word can tell you that agreement is worthless as far as the world is concerned. One person does not have the authority to grant diplomatic immunity when committing profanity that can easily upset a mob, nor can they make you immune to penalties for breaking discrimination policies.
