Countries feel that if Twitter has the power to ban the President of the United States then they have the power to ban the President of any Nation if they decide they don't like that Nations governance. It becomes a national security issue where the foriegn private tech company has more influence within a specific country than the countries own government

Yes, because governments don't have any way of influencing their country other than making a tweet
