also definitely worth a look, if we are on the subject of writing craft advice on youtube, is the videos of Brandon Sanderson's lecture series that he has given classes on at his alma mater BYU. i think he does it every year, and there are multiple years worth of the classes that have been uploaded to youtube in their entirety for free. it's a really great resource. he details many things both about the craft of writing and the business of writing, and it's all really good stuff.
