Well no, majority of medicine today hasn't changed all that much in decades. Antibodies, inflammation concerns, painkillers, steroids, the usual vaccines, etc all are consistent and would be most issues. But for specific stuff like cancer, AIDS, autoimmune, yeah that's different. Specific stuff is part of why malpractice lawsuits are so common too. If your issue is that people unqualified for the job are licensed, totally true, but I'd sooner tier it and demand better continued education.
