Yes, absolutely. He carried the banner of the United States throughout World War II, and the country would want him to lead it in the postwar years.

Very likely. His popularity was immense but there is a slight possibility the populace would grow weary of him after 16 years.

It is certainly possible, but I can't say it would be probable. Voter fatigue or legislative change (amending the constitution to limit presidential terms) would make it difficult.

Doubtful. Remember, he really only served three full terms. After serving a full fourth term, would the majority of the country really want him in power? Still? I say no.
