Or under the impression that Americans in general take gun training as serious as they should? I'm just commenting on how carelessly you said "all you need is a gun and a knife". It implies it's that simple to actually know how and when to use them correctly. Police officers can't even do it correctly. Half the people here would shoot the first person who nodded at them.
