I mean. If you are a 40 year old virgin it's time to change and exhaust your resources right? In regards to searching for self help groups there are really only three options available.

Incel Groups - 30+ virgins who accept they'll never have sex, don't try to self improve and instead embark on a quest some sort of mixture between misogynistic trolling & domestic terrorism. These guys legitimately hate women - they don't blame neither society (properly) nor themselves, they just blame women. It's borderline prejudice.

They feel they've been dealt a poor hand in life, and there is nothing they can do about it - they are ugly, awkward, and generally unattractive and women should just "love them for they are" and because they don't, then women are selfish evil demons who deserve to be "purged"

General Relationship Advice Groups - there are commonly said to be three types of these groups (advice by women for men, advice by men for men, and advice by anybody for anybody) but in reality they are all the same. It's a politically correct way for women to give advice to both men & women on how to ensure that women "get whatever it is they desire." Which typically backfires, because the type of men they date (the alpha men) don't listen to this advice, and the men that do just end up making themselves more unattractive.

All advice outlets basically marginalizes men, and turns then into doormats. If men follow this advice they will NOT attract more women, they will only friendzone themselves.

This is due to multiple reasons, but mainly women are attracted to alpha men, and the modern interpretation of what misogyny is, pretty much defined by these men. Basically women ideally only seek to date a small percentage of the overall male population, and thus these are the men who tend to cause women heartbreak & generally piss then off. As such these men are called "misogynistic" and any realtionship advice given is basically a disguised rant by women complaining about the men they've been dating.

So ironically enough the advice women tend to give is "don't behave like the men I date and am attracted too" instead "behave like the men I don't date and am not attracted too." So if some misguides love struck fools follows the advice of a woman, they are just making themselves unattractive.

Men who give relationship advice have to give out advice that is politically correct and abides by the "anti misogynistic" stance, if they don't they'll be cancelled. It's also a power play on their part - reciting politically correct advice to other men makes the author appear in a position of power, so as long as he doesn't actually take his own advice, he'll appear alpha and attract women.

Red Pill Groups - these groups are either comprised of already alpha men, or beta men wishing to become alphas. They preach the hypocrisy of the above two groups. They hate incels because they refuse to take the necessary actions to improve themselves...and because they are generally hateful bigots. They also hate the societal structures in place that lead to the political correct bullshit relationship advice given by most outlets.

The Red Pill basically revolves around smashing the ceilings associated with both of the previous groups, and seeing the world how it truly is. Recognizing what's bullshit and what isn't. Seeing what women, and society as a whole, finds attractive, desirable, and successful - and also what they don't. The end result is seeing how shallow the world really is...

...but once this is done, once the light is seen, then proper self improvement can take place. The world isn't going to suddenly change to become less shallow, so men need to adapt to it in order to find happiness. This means changing themselves.

Of the alphas that exist about a quarter of them are men who have always been ladies man alpha types (Chad's) and are generally trying to help other men live their best lives. The other 75% of alphas are compromised of former betas - men who were long-term virgins, full of self-esteem issues, who suffered from hopelessness and depression, many of which were suicidal. However, now they are happy, and living their best lives.

Is the group misogynistic? Yes. But mostly just because what society defines as misogynistic are alpha men - the ones women find attractive. Is the group comprised of sexist women haters? No. The men in this group transform to become loving boyfriends, husbands, and fathers.

Seeing the world for it's shallowness doesn't equate to thinking all people of an opposite sex are dumb or whatever the fuck others accuse Red Pill men of. The group is indeed rightfully accused of spreading/teaching toxic masculinity though. However, even though the group teaches it, they don't actually advocate for it...meaning they don't actually like behaving in such a way.

One forgets that in order to even become a father, one must be able to first attract a mate. This is why boys are taught "toxic masculinity" or portions of it - cuz it works. Nobody really like toxic masculinity, bullying, and peacocking and all that bullshit...it's stupid, but it's done because it gets women. Taking that into account, the essence if red pill is basically "if you can't beat em, then join em."

But yeah, there are some general bad apples there. Most of the overtly disgusting posters are just betas trying to be alphas, and behaving what they view as alpha behavior - which is typically something skin to a charicature of an 80's high school bulky. They are "try hards" and it shows. The blatant women hating goes away as they transform into actual Alphas, if they don't then they'll eventually migrate over to the incel groups.
