Both said they would get back to us on Monday house A 480k three story(including basement) smaller backyard no carpet 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms master bedroom is like the size of an apartment with a fireplace in it. House B 465k two story back yard has gated off in ground pool and spa/hot tub thing, with a pool. A gated off dog run, a giant ac powered shed and a huge grass area carpeting upstairs pretty big master bedroom that has a half wall in. Current residents have a mini gym in the other half We love house A because of no carpets and utilize the basement as a animal condo. Also, extremely rare for houses out here to have basements. House B is a new build.
