| Topic | I've got so much scam mail ever since getting a mortgage |
| TeaMilk 01/16/21 6:36:50 PM #1: | It's really nasty to me that these scammers monitor public records and apparently target new homeowners. I've probably got like 10 pieces of mail in the last week ranging from "URGENT please call this number to keep your mortgage safe from fraud", and "you qualify for our free mortgage life insurance plan". They always have a tiny disclaimer at the bottom saying its not affiliated with my lender, and they got the info from public records. I feel like these would get a lot of old or otherwise gullible people >_> it kinda freaked me out at first, but I had the sense to Google the contact info to check --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
