...which need to be tied to an actual incident. If you called somebody a mean name and they had a mental breakdown requiring tens of thousands of hours of expensive counseling, they'd have damages, duress, and documentation associated with the harm yet no court would hear the case on those grounds alone. The fact that you feel you were wronged doesn't magically give you a case even when you have demonstrated damages. However, your claim isn't even going that far. You're just suggesting that you could get a doctor's note and it would entitle you to big beaucoup bucks. I'm not even sure you could find a lawyer to entertain that, let alone a court willing to hear it.
Considering bestiality is a crime in most countries, I fail to see how a court wouldn't want to hear it.

And as for "alienation of affection," that's an argument that might come up in a divorce, not when you're dating. Nor is it something you can sue for within the context. (Then there are some other contexts involving child custody where it doesn't apply at all.)
I was only using the term as an example. By the way, the fun thing about alienation of affection is that the one getting sued isn't the spouse but a third party who caused the divorce, either by encouraging it, having an affair with the spouse, turning the spouse against the other, etc. It's abolished in many jurisdictions, so I doubt it would be of use in the bestiality case, hence why I only used it as an example. Oh man, you must have felt terrible inside after learning that. I know I would feel dirtied and violated. Heck, I might even have consulted a lawyer to see if something could be done about it. I'm talking about suing for personal injury and emotional distress.
