The problem with a claim like that is you'd need to demonstrate damages. Being disgusted isn't enough to entitle you to a massive payout, and even if you had damages I'm not sure you'd have grounds to sue anyway. I can't imagine there's much of a legal precedent for this kind of thing, although there are certainly a lot of relationships which have likely ended because one partner revealed some fucked-up sexual history.
Proving is easy, I can have professional health workers such as a psychiatrist or psychologist attest to all the mental damages I would have sustained. As for it not having any legal precedent, you're wrong. It's not for nothing that the terms "personal injury", "emotional distress" and "alienation of affection" are in rule books. People have sued others using those very same reasons since time immemorial.
