I mean they have a dearth of HOSPITALS, and what they do have is notoriously poor quality. The nearest hospital has been rated as one of the worst hospitals in the country in the past and I haven't heard that it's improved at all, though I admit I haven't lived there for years; my friends who still live there indicated that it hasn't changed at all.
