Prison shouldn't be about making them suffer needlessly and rather rehabilitation and someone like this can definitely be rehabilitated. Meeting a food preference seems fine and I have no issue with any prisoner being allowed a choice in their food. They can be rehabilitated without ridiculous excess. They should be glad that the only punishment they get for literal terrorism is a year or two in prison.
