They need to focus on having colleges justify their cost of education and what they spend their money on. The entire education system needs a reform. Trade school needs to be encouraged and not thought of an option for failures. Healthcare - Yes yes yes. You end up paying for it anyways. Getting sick or severely injured could bankrupt you. You pay more for your care because some people can't pay the bill. Unless you want to kick people out of the ED that can't pay for their care that will always be a contributing factor.
