Not sure if it's still that way or whoever we nominate will be up for next topic. For general nominations you can nominate any fictional character that hasnt already been done. If theyre a new character, I wont give them a chance until the characters publication has been released for around 6 months. Earlier I was doing user-select polls where people can make their own personalized polls of 5-10 characters, but not at the moment.
