Topic	Overwatch has way too much stun/boop abilities

If we're going that route then mei can stun and boop too, Orisa, Soldier, Zarya, Winston, Sombras hacks are basically a stun, Anas sleep dart Yeah i forgot mei freeze / ana sleep. Winston at least needs his ult and sombra allows you to still move around.
