It is, for all intents and purposes, a state entity even if it operates privately. To be banned by banks and payment processors downstream from the central banks is, however problematic, one thing. But also being banned from banking with central banks, people are effectively expelled from the financial matrix at large, introducing tremendous complexities with respect to activities as simple as working and receiving payment for such, paying taxes, paying rent/mortgage, paying for anything that doesn't require cash really. Effectively rendered a de facto persona non grata. It's a troubling development. You know what else is a troubling development?
