Topic	Do any of the POTDers do oil pulling?
grimhilde00 01/09/21 3:22:14 PM #35:	I saw some dietician reviewing Gwyneth Paltrow's What I Eat In a Day vid (found that from another guy following the day who I find funny -- he was not a fan of oil pulling and was like yeah I'm not going to do that again lol..), and she basically said studies show it's as beneficial as mouthwash if you want a nAtuRaL option but otherwise no better /shrug.
