I just don't see being the namesake of a third-tier Disney movie that came out a bit too late for most of this site being a whole tier stronger than his fan-favorite villain. In other words, Low Fodder for Hercules. Agree with halfsilver otherwise, though. Nominate Trevor Philips for reranking on the basis that John Marston barely pushes Mid Fodder and he's the sole playable protagonist of a much more story and character-focused Rockstar game of similar strength.
