Or Lizard people? Or climate change deniers? Or any other conspiracy theorists? "Evidence and reality don't matter. They are lies, you need to believe in this weird specific thing that happens to by coincidence be whatever you want to be true because it's been ordained and there's value in faith/emotion. Question nothing." is like a 7,000 year old belief. Trump is just a newer installment of the same thing. I think it might be evolutionary.
