Hmmm... I think the issue here is that you are assuming all places are serving the SAME food with the quality being the only difference. I.E. all the places are serving mashed potatoes and we're just picking the place that serves the worst. However that's not the case as some fast food places (technically restaurants) serve stuff like the double down and deep-fried donuts which easily outstrip what a school sells in terms of 'unhealthy'. I feel that it's LIKELY airline food but it entirely depends on the airline and the food which just gets us back to square 1 (though that may simply be because airline food costs so much for so relatively little). So prison would likely be the 'mean' for terrible food with restaurants and airline having distinct spikes below due to some outright terrible foods on both ends.
