Topic	The customer is always right

I literally gave a couple examples of issues that were related to services the ISP provided. 1) The one about the business customer calling about their static IP (they were wrong) and 2) The guy calling about not being able to send email (he was wrong). Telling a customer they're wrong (or not always right) doesn't mean you're refusing to help them, simply hanging up, or telling them off.
