What makes/made the MCU special, was each movie setting up, over a decade, for the penultimate and ultimate entries in the MCUInfinity War, and Endgame. Rather than cash in quickly, with each and every movie, they went with slow buildup, which eventually resulted in something that I am 100% positive we will never get, ever again, in filmmaking history. They knew where they were going the entire time, and for them to set up like they did over the span of like 20 full length feature films is unprecedented to say the least.
