insurance also is updated yearly, usually in July or January, which is why i said that in the future tense. it's a known trend since last month now since people are finding out that they ain't getting renewals and brokers are getting word about coverage changes due to rioting.

they ain't getting covered. if they do it's at massively increased premiums and won't include certain damages, like, say... those from rioting.
