You can technically try for used stuff but obviously that comes with a lot of risks and probably a hell of a longer shipping. You can just get a $20 fan to reduce the noise, but that's about it. You definitely don't necessarily need an $80+ one. You also need a Windows key, which is another 100 bucks. But if you were gonna make a computer, having an Xbox is pretty pointless imo lul.
