I live in supposedly the fittest state and I often seen people who could lose 30lbs, like that's a "normal" body in the US I went to switzerland and almost no one looks like that. Regular folk would be considered very fit by american standards --- But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them - bring them here and kill them in front of me ~Jesus Christ ...
