That being said, going with that style doesn't mean something is wrong with you. I do think drastically changing so much about yourself so quickly is something that you could at least talk to her about, but don't just "assume" the worst. I know this kind of thing is often just looked at as a "teen" thing, but there is usually a reason why they do these kind of things and I don't think it's wrong to talk to them about it.
