Wait, I actually do have a question about that Motoko summon banner now (the one that needs those book currency things). So you'll always get her there? Since each pull can get you 10 book things, that means that when you do 30 and get enough for one banner pull, you can get her?

That's the idea behind the codexes, yeah. It's basically like "sparking" in other gacha. XYZ number of summons guarantees the unit you actually wanted. (Archetypes are another matter when it comes to SMT, but that's easy enough to change later.)

The previous collabs had the same thing (tomes/particles/etc), and I want to say event summon tokens like that carry over as well, but I don't have any on me because I always blew 'em when I had enough. >_>

I do have them for other non-collab banners though (like the Dimensional banner going on right now), so that's why I assume they all work that way. I mean, would be kind of a dick move to get 290 only to have them disappear once the event ends, right? Of course, you could be staring at a pile you can't use for a while because there's no telling when they'll bring the event back so you can get those last few codexes.
