Idk if it was the same topic you're talking about, but there was a topic I clicked on and after only reading the first and last page I realized that it was just a self pity party. I wanted to bring it up, but I usually don't try to be that guy, so I just left them to their pity party. When you bring up how people are their own destruction you manage to be the bad guy.
