Topic	Taxpayers subsidize McDonalds to not properly pay their employees

Well first of all, social safety nets are a perfectly good thing to spend tax revenue on in my opinion. But your statement is wrong. McDonalds does not pay an arbitrarily low wage and similarly the government wouldn't be able to force them into paying an arbitrarily high wage.
